When Will My Treats Arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days across Australia via Australia Post. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen postal delays.

For your convenience, all shipments include tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your order's journey to your door.

What Does Shipping Cost?

We offer FREE delivery Australia-wide on all subscription orders. This applies to every state and territory with no minimum order size.

For one-time orders, standard shipping rates apply:

  • Flat rate of $5.95 on orders below $50

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to monitor your order’s progress. You’ll know when it’s on the way and when to expect it at your doorstep.

  • Do you deliver on weekends? Yes, Australia Post delivers on Saturdays in certain areas. However, this may depend on your location, so weekend deliveries may not always be available. For more specific information, refer to the tracking link sent to you.
